Passion For Markers Challenge #768 - Presents

 Hi Crafters,

It's the turn of Team 1 to inspire you this week at Passion For Markers with an easy challenge theme of

PRESENTS

I've used this wonderful image called 'Merry Christmas My Dear' from our sponsor this week - The Paper Shelter who are offering 3 digital images to the lucky winner.

I have coloured Mr & Mrs Claus in traditional festive colours using my Copic Markers and added a simple, glittery frame die cut as I thought the image didn't need anything too fussy. My 'Merry Christmas' sentiment is a Tonic Studio die cut in satin gold card to match the outer frame.
I really enjoyed colouring this image and Mrs Claus looks thrilled to be receiving her humongous present...I wonder if I have been good enough this year to receive such a gift? :o)
With Christmas only 3 weeks or so away I hope you are nearly ready for the Big Day. I must admit I still have a few things left to do but should have everything tied up in time.
Come and join in with the challenge this week, you can make any project, it doesn't have to be Christmas themed either, so plenty of scope for you to use your Markers and create a fabulous project. The Design Teams always have a great time visiting your blogs to see your makes.

Have fun!

Allsorts Challenge #791/2 - Seasons Delights

 Hi Crafters,

**This post has been scheduled as I will be taking a blog break for a while but I hope to be back here as soon as I can.**

There's a new 2 week challenge starting at Allsorts today where the theme is

SEASONS DELIGHTS

I created my card using an image from one of the Hunkydory Hobbies & Pastimes paper pad, I think this image suits the theme for this time of year when we are thinking about holidays. Background paper is from Craft Consortium and my pretty corner dies are Joy Crafts 6002-0356.

We have three dies from Tonic Studios up for grabs.

Why not take a peek at the rest of the Design Teams creations on the challenge blog here to get some ideas for your makes and then come and join in with us.

I will be taking a blog break for a little while but in the meantime I wish you all a fabulous summer, good health and happiness.

Allsorts Challenge #790 - Flowers

 Hi Crafters,

**My upcoming posts for today and next Saturday are scheduled as I will be taking a blog break for a while but I hope to be back here as soon as I can.**

There's a new challenge starting at Allsorts today where the theme is

FLOWERS

My card was created using a lovely distressed patterned paper from Anna Marie Designs along with some printed sentiment panels that came with her collection. I layered the papers with strips of cotton lace that had been in my stash for years and decorated around the sentiment panel with die cut flowers using a Heartfelt Creations Floral Die called Majestic Blooms.

Prizes this month are from Highlight Crafts,  AALL and Create and Stampendous

If you'd like to join in with us you have a week to create your entries using our theme or the Anything Goes option for a chance to enter the draw.
Have fun!

Passion For Markers Challenge #748 - Pretty Pastels

 Hi Crafters,

We have a new challenge starting at Passion For Markers today where Lisa has chosen the theme of

PRETTY PASTELS

I have made a clean and simple card using an older image from Beccy's Place called 'Flannel Flowers'.

I find it quite difficult to stick to pastel colours because I love to use bold, bright and sometimes quite dark colours but that's what a 'challenge' is all about so we would love to see what you create using your Markers and lovely Pastel Colours this week.
I have coloured my image with Copics and used a new-to-me embossing folder from Sizzix called Celebrate. This has a very deep emboss pattern which I love. I also added some bakers twine and an LOTV label stamp for the sentiment.

Our sponsor this week is

who are offering a £6 voucher to the lucky winner.

Come and join us over on the challenge blog here, you will see lots of inspiration from the other Design Team members to get you started. Good luck in the draw!

That's all from me today,

Lorraine
