Allsorts Challenge #673 - I Spy Something Beginning with 'B'

 Hi Crafters,

 It's Saturday once again and after our two week challenge over the Easter period we are back to our usual one week challenges here at Allsorts.

This time we are looking for things beginning with the letter 'B'.

I have created a trinket BOX decorated with BLOOMS.

It was painted with white acrylic paint and sprayed with Perfect Pearls Mist to give a lovely pearlescent sheen to the surface. Lace and pearl strings where added around the sides and an arrangement of mixed blooms, gems and die cut leaves to the lid.

Christmas Card Club Challenge #8 - Cats and or Dogs

 Hi Crafters,

It was Sylvie's turn to choose a theme this week and she would like to see your Christmas Cats and or Dogs.

I have chosen an LOTV printable image and made two cards using various snippets of papers in my stash.

My third card uses a download that I've had for ages, I think it is from Hunkydory but don't hold me to that.

I've added some die cut corners and gold glitter to accent the papers. The large 'Merry Christmas' is a Duo Die.

Passion For Markers Challenge #635 - Animal Magic

 Hi Crafters,

It's was Lisa's turn to choose the theme this week for our challenge at Passion For Markers and she chose 

ANIMAL MAGIC

So we'd like to see your cards and projects with ANIMALS on them.

Remember to use your Markers and tell us in your post where you have used them and to link up to the challenge to be eligible for the prize. I'll tell you further down my post about the details of that but for now here is my project.

I decided to decorate a cover for a notebook this time using this fun image from Mo Manning called 'Airborne'.

I coloured my image using Promarkers and fussy cut it out to attach to my sky background which was a file I had on my computer and often print out when I need a sky scene. The notebook die came with a set of journal dies from Etsy and I cut this twice to add a shadow.

Our prize this week is from Di's Digi Stamps and they are giving away a $6 voucher for their store.

Christmas Card Club Challenge #7 - Festive Embossing Folders

 Hi Crafters,

I'm a little late posting my cards for the Christmas Card Club today - I always seem to be chasing my tail lately, but here they are....

I have used my favourite Sue Wilson Reindeer Embossing Folder on this one and added this very regal Stag from Two Red Robins. The background was inked and then sprayed with Diamond Sparkle Glitter from Crafters Companion.

This next batch were some that I made for last Christmas to send to my fellow crafting buddies but I haven't shared them yet so thought they fitted the bill perfectly for today's theme. This time using a Gemini Embossing Folder from Crafters Companion, die cut Bauble from Spellbinders, Nativity stamp and sentiment is from Woodware with some distress ink added whilst the die cut was still in the die.

Allsorts Challenge #670 - Any 'Real' Animal

 Hi Crafters,

Here we are again at the start of a new challenge at Allsorts.

This week we would like to see your projects depicting 

ANY 'REAL' ANIMAL

A lovely Hunkydory image from their 'Little Book of Little Paws' - the images in this pad are so cute! I have used some Tonic Scalloped Square dies for the frames and added the tiny paw die cuts from a Joanna Sheen die.

We have two lovely Lavinia stamps for our prizes
