Hi Crafters,

It's very cold here today so I'm tucked up nice and warm in my craft room ready to have a creative morning but first I'd like to share this 'New Baby Boy' card with you.

A super quick card to make as there was no colouring involved. This is going in my card box as I'm trying to increase my selection of stock which has been dwindling rapidly whilst I spent time making so many Christmas cards last month.

Baby Boy Box Card

Hi Crafters,

Well the weekend has arrived albeit a cold one here, I hope you are all safe and well.

Today I have a box card to share with you for a baby boy.

They're tricky things to take pictures of so I'm afraid there are quite a few to show all the angles.

This was made using a new die to me that I purchased at the NEC back in November, it's the first opportunity I've had to use it. It does make life easier when you don't have to measure everything and cuts like a dream. This card fits into a 6" x 6" envelope when flattened.

Papertake Weekly Challenge

Today I thought I would enter this pretty New Baby card in to the challenge taking place on Papertake Weekly.

 

                                                                                                                                                                          

The theme this week is 'Anything Goes'.

 

I've used a selection of different cutting dies on this card, here's a list:

I embossed the yellow cardstock with my favourite embossing folder 'Tied Together' by Couture Creations and added an adhesive pearl where the pattern intersects. Finally I stamped the sentiment and added an organza bow and pale yellow cabochon.
