Christmas Card Club Challenge - #3 Stars on Your Card

Hi Crafters,

February has begun and we are marching on through the year already. It is our third Christmas Card Challenge this week and Sylvie has asked us to use 'Stars on our Card' - I hope that this special star will count?
I have made two versions using the same Apple Blossom die brand called Nativity Scene.

I have made similar cards before as I find this die so versatile. The background papers are from a discontinued LOTV paper pad. I have paper pieced the star back in using glitter card.

Challenges I'd like to enter:
Fab n Funky # 466 Christmas
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - #542 Christmas
CHNC Every Saturday - #475 ATG Christmas/Quick & Easy
Sparkles Monthly Challenge - #124 Winter Blues

Thanks for popping by, the other ladies in the group will also have some fabulous Christmas inspiration for you so why not take a look at their blogs listed here.

Two beautiful cards, Lorraine. That die cut is great and the star is just perfect. Love them both and even though my favorite colour is blue I must say the purple/blue background on your first card is fantastic. Just gorgeous with the dark silhouette.
