Passion For Promarkers Challenge #547 - Flowers & Pearls

Hi Crafters,

Another fortnight has passed and it's time to share my design team card for the new challenge at Passion For Promarkers. These weeks are certainly flying by for me during the lock-down, I have been so busy making cards for people that can't get to the shops or who can't find what they want in the limited supply that their local shops have. It's kept me occupied when all our other usual activities have ceased.

Well on to why I am here...

Rainbow ATC's

Hi Crafters,

I am sharing my ATC's today that I made for our May swap at Charmed Cards and Crafts.

We had a choice of themes this time, Rainbow or Mother Nature and I went with.....

The rainbow was made using an MFT die and the clouds and sentiment were from Clearly Besotted Stamps. There are many dies out there that make the  spinning wheel and window but I didn't have one of those so a bit of trial and error and I managed to create a working viewing wheel where my four stamped words could be seen through the window when turned.

Challenges I'd like to enter:

Incy Wincy Designs - No Cards

These were such fun to make and I'm looking forward to sharing my June ATC's with you soon, our theme for that was - 'The best thing about Lock-down', I wonder what your answer would be to that?

Hope to see you again soon,

Lorraine

Christmas Card Club Challenge #12 - Snowflakes

Hi Crafters,

Well what funny weather we are having...

one minute the sun is out and the next it's pouring down with rain and gusting winds. After the lovely hot and sunny May we've just had this is a bit of a shock to the system but the gardens and farmers desperately need the rain.

So on to my cards, I've had a little extra time this week so I managed to make four card for Gwen's theme of Snowflakes.

This was made using an image from an LOTV Art Pad which is no longer available unfortunately. The background paper is also from LOTV, also unavailable, can you see a theme? Yes, I've been raiding my stash and trying to use up some older stuff. The dies used are: Craft Essentials Sentiment, Memory Box Precious Snowflakes, Joy Crafts 6002/0697 Winter Wishes Landscape, Nelly Snellen Christmas Trees and a Marianne Designs COL 1423 Fence Die.

Again the image and papers are from the same LOTV Art Pad but this time I used a Cheery Lynn snowflake Die alongside the Joy Crafts Winter Wishes Landscape Die.

These two were both made using an unbranded Snowflake frame die and Duo Dies Large Sentiment dies.

Challenges I'd like to enter:

CHNC Every Saturday - #493 ATG / Winter Fun

Christmas Craft Creations - Use a Die Cut

Thanks for popping by today, hope you have a lovely Sunday.

See you soon,

Lorraine

Christmas Club Challenge #11 - Humour

Hi Crafters,

Happy Sunday!

Just so you know what day it is, lol.

I struggled a little trying to find something that fitted the theme. My first choice is further down my post as this is my sense of humour I'm afraid but not to everyone's taste so then I had second thoughts and decided on this rubber stamp from Whipper Snapper.

Recipe

Rubber Stamp - Whipper Snapper Designs - All Tangled Up

Coloured with Promarkers

Papers - Craft Sensations - Vintage Christmas

& First Edition - Christmas Wishes

Unbranded Scalloped Frame Die

Cheery Lynn Snowflake Dies

Sizzix Tab Die

Sentiment Stamp - Crafters Companion - Rudolph & Friends Set

The wood background paper had a lovely copper foiling on the grain so I went with that colour for my snowflakes too. I added some glossy accents to the Christmas lights and Rudolph's nose.

Challenges I'd like to enter:

CHNC Every Saturday - #491 ATG Christmas

Christmas Craft Creations - Use a Die Cut

Sweet Stampers - #44 Animals/Birds

Sparkles Monthly Challenge - #128 Use a Real Stamp (no digi)

Colour Crazy Challenge - #20 Colouring Challenge

And this is my first offering that was relegated to the 'not sure' pile.

It's a digital download from CraftsUprint.

And with that I will let you enjoy your Sunday x.
