Christmas Card Club Challenge #18 - Lots of Layers

 Hi Crafters,

I'm just stepping off of the naughty step long enough to post this card for the Christmas Card Club and stepping right back on it again!

The reason for my naughty step sentence is that it was MY challenge and with everything that has been going on lately I completely forgot!

I have been juggling too many plates for too long and need to take a serious look at where all my time goes. I manage two monthly farmers market/craft fairs and the admin for these has gone berserk since lockdown has eased and everyone - I mean EVERYONE wants a space there. I enjoy doing it but just keeping up with emails and messages alone has taken up so much time. Both of these were on Friday and Saturday and so last week my focus was on these events and nothing else. I have some other things coming up over the next three weeks that need my attention too so although I have some scheduled posts here during this time I will not be around much - no difference there I hear you say :0)

Anyway, apologies to my teammates for my tardy post but here is my 'Lots of Layers' card.

Created with a Craft Creations Decoupage image and a sweet little banner die that I purchased from eBay this card is destined for a customer who placed her order early. There are lots of layers in the decoupage and several layers of patterned papers too.

Christmas Card Club Challenge - #17 Candles

 Hi Crafters,

This weeks challenge is CANDLES and set by Mrs A.

I don't seem to have many candle images or stamps in my stash but found this Hunkydory panel which if you look very hard you can see the candle in the lantern behind the robin :o)

I added some snowflake printed ribbon and stamped and embossed the sentiment from a Phill Martin stamp set.

Allsorts Challenge #637/8 - Add Some Sparkle

 Hi Crafters,

It's my turn to host the challenge at Allsorts this week and I have chosen to 

'Add Some Sparkle'

This challenge will last for 2 weeks and is the last of our elongated summer challenges, so you have plenty of time to enter.

I have used a Crafters Companion edge die for my card and embossed the bottom section using a 3D embossing folder from Creative Expressions. I love these folders as they give such a deep emboss to your card. A snippet of green glitter card behind the cut-out and a thin ribbon fastened with a gold brad finishes my design.

I hope you can join in with us, as its a 2 week challenge we have two lucky winners and a Top 10 this time.

Christmas Card Club Challenge #16 - Use 2 or More Patterned Papers

 Hi Crafters,

It's Christmas Card Club time again and I have two cards to share with you this week.

Our theme was set by GranMargaret of

2 or More Patterned Papers

This card was created using a Hunkydory Card kit and some old peel-offs - I think those peel-offs multiply in the night, it doesn't matter how many times I use them, they never come to an end :)

Image is Hunydory again but this time I die cut the sentiment, the green and gold paper has been in a draw for years, it was a 12 x 12 sheet but I have no name left on it.
