613 Avenue Create Challenge #111 - 'Random Act of Kindness' Day

**For my Christmas Card Club post please go to the previous post**

Hi Crafters,
Today I am here to share with you a little project I have made for the challenge at 613 Avenue Create.  The 17th February is R.A.K. Day ( Random Act of Kindness) so here is a little gift box that I created containing a small sewing kit to give to a friend.

It's actually not so little.. it measures 17 x 13 x 4 cm.

Both side views showing the faux pages, fastening and spine...

 ...and the inside...

I used the tutorial here for the basic box but modified it a little.

  10. Lorraine, what a clever way to design a small sewing box! Love the contents & how amazing that you can combine 2 hobbies that you love to make such a pretty object. Love the beautiful rose, and the framing was perfect for that sweet flower. Making the sewing box like a book was an inspired idea, and your friend will love it. Good job! TFS & Hugs
