Christmas Card Club Challenge #10 - Christmas Door/Window

Hi Crafters,

Well that was a shock when I came to write this post, when did Blogger decide to change it's format?
That threw me, I don't really like change, so lets see how we get on with this post.
(thanks to everyone for the help with this, apparently there is a click button to revert back to the old version, which I will probably do for now - some of the new features are better but as with all things, some are not I feel)
It's time for our fortnightly challenge and Margaret has chosen the theme of Christmas Door / Window.

I created this scene using an Xcut Die set called Georgian Door, two Gemini Embossing folders, a Martha Stewart Punch and a little Distress ink.

Challenges I'd like to enter:
CHNC Every Saturday - #489 ATG/ Include a Tree or 2
Unicorn Challenge - #54 Use Dies
Simon Says Stamp - Use Dies and or Punches
Fezziwigs Festive Challenge - #10 Anything Festive Goes
Crimbo Crackers - #210 Die Cuts

Thanks for joining me today and I'll see you again soon,

Lorraine

  5. A beautiful card with a lovely door scene Lorraine. I wonder if Blogger is trialling something with some bloggers because mine is just the same as it always is. How strange - but then Blogger is strange at times. Take care. Christine

  7. A super card Lorraine, a very elegant door.
Like others have said, you can revert back to the old blogger platform but they will probably stop supporting it at some stage.

  14. I have stayed clear of that little button so far. I am still in the old version and wrote my post today with no problems. Love this door card and the cute scottie dog waiting to either be let in or go for walkies!! Stay safe and well. Hugs Mrs A.

  18. Wow! This card is fabulous, Lorraine.

I love all the dies and the way you aged them and added shadows etc with the ink looks very realistic.

I have that same MS punch and have used it so much over the years. Your wreath looks sweet!

    Take care
