Father's Day

Hi Crafters,

It's been so hot here these past few days, I've almost melted.
How have you all been coping with this hot spell?

I'd like to share a couple of cards that I was commissioned to make for two Grandads on Father's Day.

Images - Docrafts Decoupage sheet
Papers - Wellington 6 x 6 paper pad
Apple Blossom Alphabet Dies
Xcut Star Dies
EK Success Corner Punch
Twine

Challenges I'd like to enter:
Deep Ocean - #157 Die Cuts, Chipboard and or Punches
Brown Sugar - #255 ATG
Crafty Girlz - #26 ATG/Make it Masculine
Come & Get It - #222 Happy Father's Day
Glitter n Sparkle - #244 Father's Day/Masculine

I'm off to the dentist this afternoon :o/
Originally for a routine check-up but two weeks ago I managed to crack a filling so if it can't be fitted in tomorrow I will need a return visit soon to fix it :o(
Wish me luck.

See you soon,

Lorraine

It's still hot down south and another hot day is forecast for tomorrow - it's all supposed to end in a thunderstorm tomorrow night!

  11. Two lovely cards, Lorraine! Love your choice of papers and those bears are so sweet, plus great layouts too.
It's not as hot here today and thankfully there seems to be a bit of a breeze blowing, as it has been so stuffy recently. Hope the dentist went okay. We're in the process of prepping the front garden ready to put a drive in...on top of everything else I have going on at the moment, so busy, busy, busy!
Thank you so much for the lovely comments you left on my blog - it really is appreciated and means a lot too! hugs, Lisa x
