Computer Issues

Hi Crafters,

My long suffering, hard-working, five year old computer has finally kicked the bucket and gone to cyber heaven.
It has been acting up for some time but we thought we had cured it recently with a little visit to the repairers, but no.

Although I had some things backed up on a separate hard drive I think I have still lost quite a lot of
pictures and information so I apologise in advance if I'm a bit quiet over the next week or so but I am using my husbands laptop for now when time allows.

  1. Oh my goodness Lorraine, I feel your pain. My PC had a major crash a while ago, turns out the GFX card died on me so I had to replace that. I rely on it so much I really am quite lost without it. I can use my iPad Mini to visit blogs and Facebook, but really that's about it, so I now live in fear of something else going majorly wrong with it lol.

Hope your problems are sorted soon! xx

  2. Oh no hope you get a new one sorted soon. I try to keep backing up especially digis, finances, my accounts etc but not as often as I should. Thank goodness hubby has a computer you can use. I would be lost without my ipad for daily commenting and catching up.

  4. Oh no, how frustrating for you and I hope you are back up and running soon.
I'm afraid I can't even blame technology for my disappearance from blogland for the last couple of weeks...I just got caught up in Christmas and time ran away with me - lol! I'm determined to be more organised in 2016...so that will last until about February if I'm lucky!
I've enjoyed looking back at your recent Christmas cards and your top 5 cards of 2015...wow, such gorgeous creations and I bet it was hard to pick!
I especially love that stunning purple piano card; the design is fabulous and I love the flowers peeking out from under the image :-)
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and wish you a very Happy New Year!
    Big hugs, Kat xx
