As You Like It Challenge #69 Favourite Traditional or Non-Traditional Colours and WHY

Hi Crafters,

This fortnights challenge is to showcase a card or project using your Favourite Traditional or Non-Traditional colours for Christmas and WHY over at the As You Like It challenge blog.
Please remember to explain WHY to qualify for the prize.

I love the red and green of the traditional Christmas cards but I very much like to change it up a bit with my own cards and use non-traditional colours like pink and white or mint and silver as in the case of my card for today.
