Hi Crafters,
I hope you have enjoyed the Christmas period as safely as you can. It was a quiet one for us and didn't feel much like Christmas at all but now with 2021 looming and a higher rate of infection than in the first wave we must all continue to do our part in keeping this dreadful disease at bay.
I have been spending time tidying and organising my craft room - it had turned into a disaster zone after the busy lead up to Christmas with all my card making but now I am pleased to say that I can see the worktops and all the draws and shelves are arranged neatly. It feels so much calmer and easier to create when I can find what I need without having to rummage for it :)
I'd like to share a set of Christmas ATC's that I had made for the Christmas swap at Charmed Cards & Crafts. I used my Distress Oxide inks to create the background, then adhered die cut snowflakes cut from glitter card. The candle, poinsettia and holly dies are all cut from 'smooshed' distress oxide backgrounds using Marianne Design dies which I have heat embossed to create some texture and detail. The sentiment stamp is from a Penny Black set called 'Carolling Penguins' which I have heat embossed with gold EP and then cut into sections to fit the ATC. I added Art Glitter and glitter gems to the centres of the poinsettia.

It was very cold here this morning but it has brightened up now and I'm feeling quite industrious so I'm off to get started on some Thank You cards and Birthday cards for early January. I'm hoping to pop round some of your blogs later too, see you then.
