Another 'Oldie'

Hi Crafters,

It's that time of the week again where I join Erika at Snappy Crafts and share an old crafty project just for fun.
You can join in too by posting anything crafty you have made in the past and leaving a comment on her blog so she can visit you back.

Here's my 'oldie' for today. It was created using an image and papers from an MCS CD-Rom.

The quality of the picture is a little blurred but you can see the design well enough. I glittered the edges of the layers after mounting them on to bronze pearlescent card stock to match the colours in the image. The rose trim had been in my stash for ages and so I added some pearls to each rose to mimic the string of pearls in the image too.

Well hope you enjoyed my card today, pop over to Erika's blog and take a peek at her post, it is always a great read.

I will be round to comment later, that's if blogger will allow. I have been suffering from gremlins, as have many of you when it comes to commenting lately. Out of the twenty blogs I visited this morning only two would allow me to post a comment, so we will see how that pans out this afternoon.

Hope you enjoy your Friday and have a fabulous weekend.

Morning Lorraine and thanks for joining me today, commenting ok here, how strange. What a super oldie for a wedding, loving the picture and the added pearls to match. Just picking up that touch of glitter too.

Have a super weekend, hugs Erika. x

Beautiful card and love the topper and rose trim--commenting okay at the moment but the other day every blog I commented on I had to pick three pics to prove I wasn't a robot!!!

it's a wonderful and romantic image and the glittered edges and that pretty trim balance it out very nicely.
