Get Well Soon

Hi Crafters hope you are enjoying a bright sunny day where ever you are. It's chilly here but sunny which makes us all feel happier I think.
Today I have made a Get Well card for a friend who had a knee operation yesterday and is spending a few days in hospital.

I don't quite know what this card fold is called but I've seen a few on Pinterest and You tube and all have different names. Box fold card is one so maybe you could search for that but here is the tutorial I followed - Building Block Card.
I used some cream and pink cardstock with my SU weave embossing folder, the letters are a Spellbinder Alphabet die, Beaded Ovals die and the swirls are a Magnolia die. The flower came from my stash and is material not paper and so did the metal flower brad. Both have been hoarded for some time. lol. :)
Here are a couple more views:

I added a place at the back for the message...

I'm entering in to the challenge at In The Pink - Pink plus One ( other colour)

Thanks for stopping by, I will be checking out your blogs later this evening.
See you then,

Wow, what a beautiful card Lorraine, love this folded card and it's beautifully designed and embellished, I'm sure it will cheer your friend up after her operation. That embossing folder is very effective, it really does look like material. Great job :) xx
